The worst car shipping experience ever!! They told me I can put upto 100 pounds of luggage in the car and then their driver calls me n tells me he would not take my cars until I pay $200 extra.. when I called them n reported the issue they told me will call me back!! NEVER CALLED!! NEVER EVEN PICKED UP MY PHONE AGAIN!!. and I have to pat extra money for no reason. BIG TIME LIARS!!  Please take any other shipping company but this one as they don't care once they get their deposit money. And their dispatchers are rude people who say they don't care what was being told by the company they have nothing to do with it!! BEWARE!!

Searching for a trustworthy auto carrier is overwhelming once you get posted on the Central Dispatch. There are sharks in those waters. Midway does not use the Central Dispatch because they have their own drivers. The sharks tried to raise concern about this, but do not be fooled. You will also avoid the endless phone calls and e-mails from the sharks trying to get your business. I found Midway Auto Carriers (Stacy) to be friendly, honest, and very open about the entire process. I will use their service again when I need my auto transported. Their price was one to two hundred less than quotes from other carriers. The driver was professional and had great equipment which provided a huge relief when handing over my automobile. The driver also communicated his location and ETA for pick-up and delivery to nearly the exact minute. No complaints here. You can trust this company.

Service cost: $575

Our car was set to be picked up Saturday and if not Saturday than Sunday for sure. Carlos, the man who set up the contract, guaranteed us that the car would be picked up before Monday as the truck would be leaving Minnesota on Monday. The car was not picked up on either days and we contacted Carlos both days and he did not respond until Monday. He told us that due to the blizzard (winter storm Jonas) the trucks were delayed which ok is understandable. Our car was not picked up until that Friday and arrived the following week on a Saturday. The driver drove our car from New Jersey to New York for delivery. Despite the delay, we did not mind because we did not need the car badly. What we did mind is the money we had to pay. We had to pay the driver $475 when Carlos had told us we would be paying the driver $450. We had paid Carlos a deposit of $125 so the total would come out to $575 but instead we ended up paying a total of $600. Do not believe this company when they say they are direct carriers. They hire third party companies and end up paying them $50 while the customers pay more money than what the company said. Our car did arrive undamaged and in the condition we left it in with 39 more miles added on to it and an almost empty gas tank. I would not use this company again as they are not trust worthy and I would not know how much I will end up paying the driver. I would also not know when my car is going to arrive as that can always change.

I had to move my dodge caravan from NM to OR fue to a relocation for my job. At first I was a little bit nervous, since Ive heard a ton of horror stories. I looked everywhere for a company that could offer me peace of mind, until my sister told me to call stacey (sales rep) stacey was helpful, friendly and polite. She let me know exactly what the procedures were and was able to contact me directly to their dispacher (Randy) who informed me about the status of the car during the whole route. The best part about this whole process was dealing with an actual carrier. I was very happy with the team of drivers who let me take pictures of the car to reassure that the Car would get to Portland without a scratch. Very pleased with this service.
